The AI weighs a person's whole record against every role they could move into and proposes the best fits as nominations — each with a fit score, the evidence and the gaps. How it judges fit is yours to edit.

Read a CV into the profile
Upload CVs, diplomas and certificates — scans included. The AI suggests the work experience, education and training records they support, and you confirm or reject each one before anything is saved.

Your model, inside your walls
Point the copilot at any OpenAI-compatible provider, or at a model you host yourself so nothing leaves your network. It reads only what the signed-in person may already see.

What it will not do
It never saves anything on its own.
Every suggestion — a nomination, a development plan, a record read from a CV — is a proposal until a person confirms it. Confirming goes through the same checks as doing it by hand, and a rejection is kept on the record.
