How self-hosting works
The whole product ships as container images. Your team runs them, and the backend sets up and migrates its own database.
- 1ConfigurePoint it at your database, your S3-compatible storage and, if you want the AI, your model — in one environment file.
- 2StartStart the stack with Docker Compose. On first boot the backend creates its schema and your first administrator.
- 3UpgradePull the new images and restart. Migrations run on start, so there is no separate step to forget.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes — up to 30 employees in our cloud, with the org and succession trees, readiness tracking and Excel import. No credit card, and no time limit.
How is Enterprise priced?
Per organization. What drives the cost — the number of people, the integrations and the support you need — differs from one organization to the next, so we quote it rather than list it.
Do we pay for the AI separately?
In the cloud, the AI copilot is part of the Enterprise plan. Self-hosted, it runs on the provider or model you configure, so any usage cost is between you and that provider — and a model you host yourself has none.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Ask for demo credentials and we will set you up with a populated demo — the same product, with invented people — so you can explore every screen.
What does self-hosting need from our team?
Docker, a PostgreSQL database and S3-compatible storage — MinIO is included. Someone who can run containers can install it, and upgrades are a pull and a restart.
Which languages are included?
English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout, on every plan.
